1. Login System:
All users log in through the standard customer login page (/customer/login). There is no separate login for dropshippers or wholesalers.

2. Account Role & Pricing:
Once logged in, your assigned customer group (Retail, Dropshipping, or Wholesale) determines your pricing. Prices are automatically displayed on product pages and in the cart.

3. Wholesale Pricing Logic:
Wholesale pricing is tier-based. When the quantity of a product meets the minimum requirement, the system automatically replaces the retail price with the applicable wholesale price.

4. Dropshipping Order Flow:
Dropshippers can place orders using their customer’s shipping address. The system processes the order as a normal purchase, but fulfillment is handled by us.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment:
All orders are packed and shipped by our team. Dropshipping orders are delivered without external branding or invoices.

6. Checkout Process:
Checkout is identical for all users. Available payment methods and shipping options remain the same, with pricing adjusted based on your account type.

7. Dashboard & Tracking:
Users can track orders, view account status, and check their pricing level from the Customer Dashboard under the relevant section.
