1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a dropshipper with Rudraksha-Store Wholesale & Dropshipping, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated below. These terms ensure transparency, trust, and smooth business operations.

2. Nature of Business

• We operate as a wholesale supplier and dropshipping partner for Rudraksha beads and spiritual products.
• We do not sell directly to your customers unless processed through your dropshipping order.

3. Product Authenticity

• All Rudraksha products are natural and authentic to the best of our knowledge.
• Natural variations in size, shape, and color are normal and not considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment is required before order processing.
• Prices may change without prior notice due to market conditions.

5. Order Processing

• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
• Dropshippers must provide accurate customer details.
• We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

6. Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped directly to customers on behalf of the dropshipper.
• Shipping timelines depend on courier services and location.
• Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.
• Proof (photo/video) must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
• No returns for customer preference or natural bead variations.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.

8. Dropshipper Responsibilities

• Dropshippers are responsible for marketing and selling products.
• You must handle your customer communication.
• You can set your own profit margins.
• False spiritual claims or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

9. Branding & Representation

• You may sell products under your own brand.
• Do not misrepresent our products or policies.
• Unauthorized use of our brand name is prohibited.

10. Prohibited Activities

• Selling fake or altered Rudraksha using our name.
• Engaging in unethical marketing practices.
• Any fraudulent activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for business losses, profit loss, customer disputes, or delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any dropshipper account without prior notice if terms are violated.

13. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
